Meiotrichum lyallii.
Notes - shiny leaves; leaves are greener, and more tightly imbricate than my other P. cruda specimens; drier and more exposed habitat than typical cruda habitat. Toren thinks this may be Pohlia bolanderi, except we could find no microscopic characters to separate this from cruda
